SINBON Auto 12 Heads Two Lane Filling Machine

The fully automatic12-head Two Lane filling machine is a newly developed and designed fully automatic filling system, achieving high-speed automated filling in a linear filling machine. The machine consists of an automatic bottle divider, a 12-head two lane filling machine, a merging conveyor, a tank (optional), and a finished product output conveyor. It is suitable for automated quantitative filling, such as lubricating oil and engine oil, in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. This machine is compatible with 0.5L-5L bottles and allows for rapid changeover of different bottle sizes in a short time.

Auto 12 Heads Two Lane filling machine Features

  • Utilizes a large-size touch screen, PLC, and absolute servo system for automated control of the entire machine.

  • 12 sets high-flow-rate absolute gear pumps driven by absolute servo motor for precise metering and rapid dispensing.

  • 12 sets of pneumatic nozzles enable submersible dispensing, suppressing material foaming and overflow from the bottle mouth.

  • The lifting and lowering of the pneumatic nozzles is driven by absolute servo motors, automatically setting the nozzle waiting position according to the bottle height to save nozzle action time and improve production efficiency.

  • The pneumatic nozzles are equipped with a dedicated CIP (Circulation In-Place) cleaning pipeline with manual valve control, enabling automatic circulation cleaning of nozzles, pipelines, and tank.

  • Equipped with an anti-drip tray to prevent liquid falling from the nozzle onto the conveyor; no need adjustment of the drip tray position is required when changeover.

  • The left and right positions movement of the pneumatic nozzles are controlled by a screw mechanism; when changeover, simply rotate the hand wheel (or use a power tool for quick adjustment) to automatically align the nozzle and bottle mouth, easily achieving rapid changeover.

  • Two Lanes filling design, with each lane filling independently, increasing the buffer space for bottle feeding and filling.

  • All hoses are food-grade; stainless steel explosion-proof hoses are also available as an option.

  • The entire machine is equipped with a protective cover for enhanced personnel safety and a more aesthetically pleasing design.

  • Functionally, it includes production statistics, recipe storage, IO visualization, bottle blockage detection, CIP cleaning, and interlocking control.

  • The entire machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and easy cleaning.

 

Tank (optional)

  • Tank size 100-500L is optional, if the user does not have a tank, it can be ordered for option. The filling machine does not need to be equipped with a tank and can automatically suck liquid from the user's turnover tank.

  • Equipped with a spherical spraying device, the inner wall of the storage tank can be cleaned by high-pressure spray cleaning fluids when performing CIP cleaning.

  • Equipped with a centrifugal pump to perform CIP cycle cleaning,

  • Equipped with a liquid level detection device to automatically control the user's liquid feeder to automatically feed liquid to tank

  • Pneumatic ball valves control the opening and closing of the feeder

  • The bottom of the tank is equipped with a manual discharge valve, which is convenient for discharging liquid in the tank after cleaning.

  • The discharge pipes are all stainless steel and are connected by quick-release snaps

  • Stainless steel material is easy to clean
